Integrative therapy consists of diffent types of therapy such as person centred, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and creativity.
It is a safe confidetial place where you can explore certain aspects of your life and work through your difficulties by talking openly and freely in a non-judemental environment. This can help clients to see things more clearly and enable clients to focus on their feelings, experiences or behaviour and engage in different helping techniques with a goal of creating positive change
At present I only offer online therapy, which is via Skype or zoom, however if you do not have access to the Internet I am also able to do telephone counselling

Payment is required at the start of each session and is accepted via cash or bank transfer. The fees for each session is £40 for 1 hour, however if you wish to do so you can pay for a block of sessions in advance.
