SJ-Counselling

Hi, I am Sarah. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor with a foundation degree in counselling. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I trained as a counsellor as throughout my own experiences I've had in life i became passionately committed to supporting people who are struggling with their mental health/wellbeing.

My approach to counselling is integrative and I like to work in a humanistic way. I understand that all clients are diffrent so I can incorporate diffrent techniques such as mindfulness, CBT and creativity. Sessions are confidential and I work with clients on a long and short term basis at their pace. In the initial session we will go over the contract and how many sessions you feel you may need.

At the moment I am doing a special offer, £30 per session for the first 4 sessions.

Due to coronavirus I am only offering online and telephone counselling
